The Week of Respect is October 2-6. All Toll Gate students, staff and families will be participating in respect-themed days and activities throughout the week. See below for details:
Monday: “Together, We Can Be the Change” - Wear blue to represent your pledge against bullying (**October is World Bullying Prevention Month.**)
Tuesday: “Work Out to Work Through Conflicts” - Wear athleisure apparel
Wednesday: “Celebrate Each of Our Greatness” - Wear accessories or items that show your uniqueness
Thursday: “Showing Respect is Team Effort” - Wear team-themed apparel
Friday: “United, Not Divided - Let’s Respect Each Other” - Wear “You Matter” t-shirt (or TG spirit wear or red)
**Throughout October, students and adults alike are encouraged to #BeKind #BlueUp by wearing blue. Blue is the color that symbolizes bullying prevention. The color blue is chosen because in many diverse cultures blue brings peace. The color conveys importance and confidence.
