The Global Studies Pathway provides students with a concentration of courses dedicated to the enrichment of student experience as world citizens. Students will create a course of study that will expand their global view. Course work will cultivate curious, independent, and collaborative scholars and prepare students to make logical, evidence-based decisions to develop confidence and capabilities to face the challenges of a rapidly changing diverse world. This pathway is recommended for students who are interested in exploring the humanities, social sciences, civics and the arts through a global perspective.
Students must complete the AP Capstone or Concentrated Studies Program to earn the Global Studies Pathway diploma endorsement.
For the 2022-23 school year, rising 9th graders, 10th graders, and 11th graders (who have met the course sequence requirements) are eligible to apply to the Global Studies Pathway.
Students who are interested in enrolling in the Global Studies Pathway must discuss with their counselor the expectations and requirements.
